We’re a Sicily-based team of two project managers with 10+ years of experience delivering complex, high-stakes projects in multinational companies.
Since 2020 we’ve applied the same structured approach to destination weddings—starting with our own wedding in Sicily—building a trusted local network of venues and vendors, and refining a process designed for international couples planning from abroad.

Our role is management: vendor coordination, logistics, timelines, and on-site delivery. We bring structure and accountability so you don’t have to manage complexity from abroad.
Do you handle legal/civil ceremony paperwork?
We guide and coordinate the process with the right local professionals. Legal procedures and official filings are handled by the relevant offices and authorized parties.
How far in advance should we book?
For April–October, we recommend reaching out 9–14 months in advance, especially for popular venues and weekends.
